Permanent Jewelry After Care Policy

All sales are final. If your jump ring comes apart within 72 hours of welding, Vixen will reattach your chain at no cost to you. Any reattachments after the 72-hour window will incur a $25 fee. Vixen also offers a clasp attachment if you wish to keep your piece but no longer have it permanent. If chains are stretched out or in unusable condition, a new chain will need to be purchased.
